Terms and Conditions
- Payments: We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Debit Cards, Cash, and Cashier's Checks. No personal checks are being accepted.
- Return Policy: All sales are final, and L Gil Sod, does not guarantee the maintenance of the sod. We highly recommend you contact a licensed pest control service to guide you about it. So, there are not refunds in case the sod does not survive due to its fragile nature.
- Damages: Because of the weight of the equipment and product used on deliveries there can be damages on driveways and sidewalks. Therefore, our drivers will only follow the customer’s instructions. Also, if the customer is loading their sod, L Gil Sod is not responsible of any damages to the vehicle on the process.
- Please note that Bahia Sod grows in the wild. It may break into pieces, contain weeds and/or fire ants and could be partially brown or completely brown during its dormant period.
- L Gil Sod, does not guarantee any sod planted on shady areas. Every type of sod should have a minimum of 4 to 5 hours of direct sunlight daily.
- Please, check with us on sod availability before ordering, we try to have as many varieties as possible in stock daily, but, sometimes is not possible. Thank you.
